The probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged in March is 97.5%.

Odaily Planet Daily reports that according to CME “Federal Reserve Watch”: the probability of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by 25 basis points by March is 2.5%, and the probability of holding rates steady is 97.5%. The probability of a total 25 basis point rate cut by April is 16.3%, with an 83.4% chance of no change, and a 0.4% chance of a total 50 basis point cut. The probability of a total 25 basis point cut by June is 40.3%.
