This will enable standardized interconnection and efficient flow and application of computing resources across different regions, entities, and architectures, enhancing overall computing power levels. Regional nodes will develop a unified service platform providing comprehensive support services such as identification registration, interconnection scheduling, and data monitoring for computing power interconnection within the region. This includes services like the computing power internet service center, resource aggregation, resource selection, resource identification management, operation monitoring, and security assurance systems. Industry nodes will establish their own service platforms to provide market-oriented services such as resource aggregation, identification, and selection for industry-specific computing power interconnection, connecting to regional nodes. These include services like the computing power internet service center, resource aggregation, resource selection, security assurance, and security management systems. Applicants should specify the construction and operation entities. The construction entity must have registered capital of no less than 50 million yuan and possess sustainable funding capabilities for project development. The operation entity should hold relevant telecommunications business licenses (excluding public institutions), have the necessary facilities, equipment, and personnel for operation, and have no major dishonesty records in the past three years.
