Hongmian Co., Ltd. announces that Chairman Zheng Jianxiong has reached the statutory retirement age and has submitted his resignation to the company’s board of directors. He resigns from his positions as director, chairman, member of the Strategic Committee, Compensation and Assessment Committee, and Nomination Committee of the 11th Board of Directors. He will also no longer serve as the legal representative of the company. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
