Securities Daily News reported that on February 13, Tianyu Co., Ltd. announced that the company’s board of directors recently received the resignation letter from Chief Financial Officer Wang Xiujuan. Wang Xiujuan resigned from her position as CFO due to personal reasons and will no longer hold any other positions within the company after her resignation. After review and approval by the second meeting of the Nomination Committee of the Fifth Board of Directors and the 17th meeting of the Audit Committee of the Fifth Board of Directors, the board agreed to appoint Wang Chong as the company’s CFO, with a term starting from the date of approval at the 19th meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors until the expiration of the term of the Fifth Board. The board also intends to appoint Lu Mengyao as the company’s securities affairs representative to assist the company secretary in performing duties, with a term from the date of approval at the 19th meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors until the expiration of the term of the Fifth Board.
