Eating organic foods does not drastically increase life expectancy. Throughout human history, organic foods were the ONLY option until very recently.
Do you want to know what has a drastic impact? Access to effective medicines (antibiotics, etc.).
Am I saying you shouldn’t eat healthy? Not at all! I eat healthy because I feel better and I like to look good naked 🤷‍♂️
I’m tired of the community that thinks "organic" food will cure everything and let you live up to 120 years.
This will upset a lot of people, but I don’t care.
The numbers don’t lie.
