U.S. unemployment benefits data exceeds expectations, what signals does it send?

Abstract generation in progress

【Crypto World】Latest data shows that the number of initial jobless claims in the United States for the week ending January 17 is 200,000, better than the market expectation of 210,000. The previous data has also been slightly revised (from 198,000 to 199,000).

This data may seem dull, but it has some significance for the crypto circle. Fewer unemployment benefit applications indicate that the US labor market remains resilient, which will directly affect the Federal Reserve’s judgment on inflation and employment conditions. If employment data continues to improve, the Fed’s incentive to cut interest rates will weaken, leading to a chain reaction in liquidity expectations across the entire crypto market.

In other words, the better the economic data, the more the market’s optimistic expectations for the Federal Reserve’s policy might adjust. These macro indicators often serve as behind-the-scenes drivers influencing crypto price fluctuations. We still need to keep an eye on subsequent employment report trends.

Here we go again, is it bad news that employment data is good? This logic is all messed up. Don't we all want a strong economy...

Damn, it's this broken unemployment data again, always so heartbreaking... If the Federal Reserve doesn't cut interest rates, our coins have no chance, right?

Good news, no more rate cut expectations... The labor market is so resilient, the Federal Reserve won't loosen its grip so quickly. This time, the coin will have to ride the roller coaster along with the economic data.

Hmm... so good employment data is actually bad for crypto? That logic is a bit confusing.

Wow, losing unemployment benefits is actually a bad thing? That logic doesn't hold up. How did it become a reason for the decreased likelihood of interest rate cuts?

That's why the currency drops as soon as the unemployment data is released. If the Federal Reserve doesn't cut interest rates, we won't make any money.

It's the same old story... The logic that better data is actually worse, why is it always so damn frustrating?
