Where do these hot money funds actually come from?
Suddenly pushing up several coins, my personal K-line chart also fluctuates up and down. At one point I thought the trend was coming, but then I was ambushed again. Watching the movements of these dark horses really leaves people puzzled.
Some analysts say this is a game of the linkage between spot and futures contracts. Actually, it’s not surprising—hot money indeed likes to play like this. Moving spot prices to influence futures, or vice versa, the goal is to create volatility.
The key question is, can ordinary people make money by going all-in? Each time investing 10,000 U.S. dollars all in, can they really have a prosperous year? Honestly, in 99% of cases, it’s just a gamble against the market maker. The 10,000 U.S. dollars in hand could instantly turn into the price of a second-hand phone.
Instead of chasing gains and selling at a loss, it’s better to think clearly about your risk tolerance. The market’s rules of the game are like this—without patience and risk management, dreams can only remain dreams.
