The Reckoning

Short-term pain, long-term gain. That's what InfoFi protocols are facing now.

The easy money—cheap arbitrage plays riding on reply counts—is done. Dried up. What's left demands something real: protocols that actually reward Proof of Intelligence instead of just incentivizing noise.

Does this mean InfoFi is finished? Not a chance. But it's definitely getting a reality check. The ecosystem needed to mature, and this is exactly how it happens. The weak plays get flushed out; the thoughtful mechanisms survive and scale.

Rough? Sure. But cleaner too. Worth it in the long run.

What's your take on where this goes?

Market cleansing during a bear market is normal; trash projects deserve to die.

To be honest, those who exploit reply counts for quick gains should have been dealt with long ago. It's too late to clean them up now.

Haha, sounds nice, but on-chain data speaks for itself. Those who still insist on reply count arbitrage are basically waiting to be liquidated.

The champions are crying. Only those who truly understand the chain can survive. This wave of reshuffling has long been overdue.

ngl, you're only clearing out now? It should have been done earlier. Those reply farming schemes are really too surreal.

To be honest, those who make quick money by boosting reply counts should have been phased out long ago. The fact that it's only now beginning to be eliminated is just catching up.

Haha, someone finally said it. The era of exploiting reply count for free rewards should indeed come to an end.
