As capital shifts to more attractive sectors such as DeFi, infrastructure, and real assets, Litecoin (LTC) has struggled to keep up with the overall market trend. After a failed rebound, LTC is currently trading around $70, down nearly 10% last week. Analysts point out that LTC often lags during capital rotation phases and typically underperforms Bitcoin. LTC faces several structural challenges, including a lack of native yields, limited DeFi activity, and scarce developer tools, all of which weaken its appeal in the options-preferred market. Traders are closely watching the $60 to $85 range, as a break below this zone could trigger a new round of selling, while holding the price might attract investors to buy in.
