Shiba Inu developer Kaal Dhairya has devised a recovery plan for users affected by the Shibarium hack in September and launched the “Shib Owes You” (SOU) NFT. These on-chain Ethereum records can verify each user's specific debt amount, which will be adjusted as payments or community donations are received. Team member Lucie explained that the system consists of two layers: one is the official SOU NFT on Ethereum, used to track the debts caused by this attack; the other is a community-driven layer on BSC, with Woofswap also participating, aimed at generating trading volume and fees to support recovery efforts.
