37 days left until the Spring Festival. Looking back at the 2026 market trend, there’s really a feeling of "time flies." This year has been steady and solid; although sometimes it feels like the energy hasn't been fully released, the result is clear—it's the most grounded year in my 9 years of entering the market.
Recently, I've received quite a few feedbacks. Some fans said they feel more confident about making money after listening to my sharing. Of course, I appreciate everyone's trust, but I want to say that, beyond making money itself, what’s more important is the refined temperament that comes with growth. Some even started discussing life views with me, honestly, that surprised me a bit—feeling like I’ve shifted from a teaching blogger to a life coach (laughs). But on the other hand, this just highlights a core issue.
The logic of trading isn’t actually complicated; what’s always complicated is human nature. To achieve a breakthrough in trading, having more money doesn’t mean you can operate more aggressively; it’s about changing your mindset first and optimizing your trading approach. Many people get stuck here: Is this trade stable? Can I be 100% sure? Holding onto this kind of thinking makes it almost impossible to survive in the secondary market because your mental framework determines your trading results.
Looking at it from another angle makes it simple: Can you bear the risk of this trade? If you can, go ahead; if not, keep observing. That’s the correct decision-making logic.
The current support and resistance levels remain the same as yesterday:
- **BTC**: 89700/88125/86670 (support), 92050/94225 (resistance)
- **ETH**: 3030/2925/2749 (support), 3250 (resistance)
- **SOL**: 142.5/133/130.5 (support), 126.5 (below risk)
By Sunday afternoon, market volatility will significantly increase. During this period, whether you go long or short, you need to hold back and avoid rushing to lower your expectations and place impulsive orders. The best approach is to patiently wait for the weekend range to be effectively broken, and only act when clear overbought or oversold signals appear. The trading plan released last night can continue to be executed, and the profit expectations for small trades should be flexibly adjusted according to your risk tolerance.
