Bias is something ingrained in a person’s bones. It is governed by the instinctual brain and emotional brain. Giving up all biases and keeping things simple is very difficult.

I have told myself countless times to abandon all biases and lower my intelligence, but every time a new hot topic emerges, there are still biases.

Because every time, something new that breaks your perception appears. I am now thinking, how can I truly let go of attachments and abandon all biases?
