🚨 FLORIDA’S BITCOIN RESERVE BILL
Florida has officially introduced legislation (HB 183 / SB 1038) to establish America's first state-level Strategic Bitcoin Reserve
√ The state will be authorized to allocate up to 10% of its public and pension funds into Bitcoin and Bitcoin ETFs.
√ Florida citizens will be able to pay state taxes and fees using digital assets (Crypto).
√ Only assets with a market cap exceeding $500 Billion can be included in the reserve (currently only Bitcoin qualifies).
The bill was referred to Senate committees yesterday (Jan 7) and is slated to take effect on July 1, 2026.
