For example, how to collect data, how to record user history, how to maintain logical coherence across multiple tools—these seemingly minor details actually determine the ceiling of the entire system.

What Vanar is doing is filling in these gaps: information capture, memory mechanisms, and cross-tool reasoning capabilities. It sounds simple, but implementing it requires considering many technical details.

myNeutron has validated the feasibility of the memory layer with actual products, while Kayon applies this logic to a broader range of scenarios. This layered approach is indeed much more reliable than simply stacking functions.

There's nothing wrong with that. Currently, many AI products are just superficial displays, appearing feature-rich but full of pitfalls in practice. The real difference lies in these details—memory, data flow, the logic between tools... most teams haven't thought it through. Vanar's approach is still interesting, but its implementation depends on whether these links can be truly integrated.

Exactly right. That's how a lot of AI products are now—superficial on the outside, but you can tell what they really are once you use them. The memory mechanism is indeed the bottleneck, and a layered approach is the right way to go.

Honestly, looking at these AI products now, they really are not impressive at all. They're just models with a UI overlay, and they haven't done any real fine-tuning. The memory aspect is really terrible; after using them for a while, you have to re-explain everything, which is so annoying.
