The coolest mindset is that I no longer have the interest in leaving a good impression on everyone, nor do I have the time to listen to others' opinions about me. To put it simply, others' attitudes towards you are often a silent exchange. When others are polite to you, it may be because you have charm, or it may be because you have strength. Someone says you're generous, most likely because you've been through losses, given benefits, or lent a helping hand. Conversely, if they don't get what they want from you, their tone shifts, and a selfish, calculating evaluation comes into play. So, yeah, you have to take care of yourself first. We no longer have that much capital, and we don't open our hearts to everyone anymore.
