Before entering the crypto world, I was used to applying force evenly. But after truly engaging in trading, the entire rhythm was completely turned upside down.

I realized that working oneself to the limit isn't necessarily effective. Instead, I learned to apply force intermittently—concentrating firepower at critical moments, and taking it easy during normal times.

Energy and time should be spent on what truly "pays off." Instead of casting a wide net to catch fish, it's better to allocate limited ammunition to the most promising opportunities. Controlling the rhythm yourself is much more comfortable than blindly charging ahead. Perhaps this is the most practical lesson trading has taught me.
