In the crypto world, those who gamble with money seem glamorous, but in reality, they walk on thin ice. They are merely another name for gamblers—shining brightly when luck is on their side and worth nothing when luck is against them. Therefore, the first rule is: take good care of yourself.
What is the most important thing? Silence.
Don't flaunt your earnings in your circle of friends, and don't share snapshots of your assets. It may seem like a small matter, but it actually creates enemies for yourself. People's jealousy can lead to unimaginable things happening. The people around you — including those so-called friends who chat with you every day — have very few who genuinely hope for your success. Once you expose your wealth information, you become a target in their minds. Even close relatives may not be exceptions; human nature is not that simple.
Once substantial gains are achieved, immediately change the pace of life. The first step must be to leave the original job. The second step is to sort out connections – cut off relationships that need to be cut, and blacklist those that should be blacklisted. This may sound cold, but in the crypto world, distance is the best protection.
There are two bottom lines that must never be crossed: gambling and drugs. Gambling will destroy your rational judgment, and drugs will destroy your body. Both can drag a person back to hell.
What about the mindset? Being amiable is key. When faced with dissenting opinions, rather than engaging in heated arguments, it’s better to simply block them. Getting angry will disrupt your focus, and a disrupted focus will affect decision-making, which is directly related to your wallet. Every extra word is a waste of life.
Regarding the topic of "helping others", the most honest advice is: let go of this thought. Do not actively do good, and do not pity anyone. Your compassion in the crypto world will only become a tool for others. Respect everyone's choice of fate, just focus on doing well yourself, everything else is a distraction.
There is an eternal rule in investment: do not enter unfamiliar fields. The money you earn essentially can only be the money within your cognitive range. No matter how tempting the opportunities outside of that range may be, you must give them up.
Starting a physical business is even more of a pitfall. Unless you truly love what you do and don't care about making money, in the current environment, nine out of ten projects fail. Crypto assets and physical business ventures are two different worlds; don't confuse the two.
In plain terms, to live is to be awake. Awake enough to see human nature, awake enough to protect oneself, awake enough to know what can be touched and what cannot.
