Everything I've learned over the past 6 years has been bought with real money. From initially carrying external debts and getting on board with borrowed 80,000 yuan, to now having 68 million in my account, this process is not about genius operations or insider information. Simply put, after stepping on all the pits—Get Liquidated, Cut Loss, despair—I have summarized the 6 most fundamental trading rules.
The first and most crucial point: volume determines direction. When you see a rapid price surge followed by a big drop, that's not a market adjustment; it's a standard signal of the main force playing people for suckers. The difference between experts and retail investors lies in this moment.
The second thing to remember is: flash crashes and rebounds are traps. A fast decline and a slow rebound often indicate that the main force is offloading. It looks like a market rescue, but in reality, it is a bait to entice more buyers.
The third point is particularly important: a high-level low-volume consolidation is more dangerous than a high-volume one. This is not a good omen; it is the calm before the storm. Every time I ignored this signal, I paid the price.
How to build a position at the bottom? The fourth point explains clearly: a single increase in volume cannot indicate a problem; only sustained fluctuations with decreasing volume, followed by an increase in volume at low levels, signify the true opportunity to build a position. At this time, following up will not get you trapped.
The fifth point is the core logic: K-line is just the result, while trading volume is the heartbeat of the market. Those who can read trading volume can see what the funds are thinking and sense the real temperature of the market.
The last point is mentality: dare to hold cash, do not be greedy, do not be afraid. Most people lose money not because they do not understand the market, but because they cannot control themselves. Take it when you should, let go when you should.
The crypto market is never short of opportunities; what it lacks is a stable mindset and the execution ability to act decisively. Behind every Get Liquidated story, there are those who failed to adhere to these principles.
