What is the outlook for ETH? Investment opportunities under decreasing liquidity and contract dominance

Abstract generation in progress

【Blockchain Rhythm】Recently, many people have been discussing the trend of ETH. Some viewpoints suggest that the fundamentals of ETH are actually firmly optimistic. However, since the sharp decline on October 11, market liquidity has indeed contracted significantly. More importantly, the contract market now dominates absolutely, while the spot market has become a supporting role.

In such a market environment, the recent volatility is actually within a normal range. Especially considering the resonance of the 4-year cycle combined with the uncertainty before Christmas, fluctuations will continue. Therefore, for spot investors, don’t be too greedy and try to catch the bottom. Sometimes, you may not be able to buy at the lowest price, but buying at a relatively reasonable price is already enough for long-term holding.

From a mid- to long-term perspective, especially in this wave of on-chain finance, ETH remains a core allocation. Assets like WLFI are also worth including in the investment portfolio. This logic has been discussed in industry research reports before, and nothing has changed now — it’s still the same approach.

With such poor liquidity, you still want us to buy the dip? Contract traders are just playing around, spot investors are just leeks.

Liquidity exhaustion depends on the contract's direction; spot trading has long become just a side show.

With such poor liquidity, you still dare to hold coins long-term. You guys are really brave. The contract market is so big, you should have already sold early.
