Crypto has been in the market for 8 years, growing from 20,000 yuan to over 50 million. It sounds like a dream, but in reality, it's just repeatedly validated by a few reliable rules.
Many people ask me what my secret is. Honestly, there’s nothing magical—it's not about inside information or good luck; it's simply understanding the recurring patterns in the market.
Sharing 6 trading principles I have tested countless times:
**1. Don’t rush to sell during rapid rise and slow fall** — If there's a quick surge followed by a slow decline, it's probably the market maker shaking out weak hands, no need to panic and sell. But be cautious of one scenario: a sharp rise on high volume followed by a sudden crash—that's a true trap for trap and dump.
**2. Don’t buy the dip during rapid fall and slow rise** — If prices suddenly plunge then gradually rebound, don’t believe in the "bottom is in" theory; it’s usually a trap. The market is never ethical.
**3. Top volume can reveal risks** — Sustained high volume at a high level might still have room to go higher, but once volume sharply drops and the market becomes very cold, a crash is imminent.
**4. Watch for sustained volume at the bottom** — A single-day spike in volume during a rebound is usually a bait; the true signal is a calm consolidation with continued moderate volume, indicating silent accumulation by the market maker.
**5. Volume contains emotional clues** — Ultimately, trading cryptocurrencies is about trading emotions. Volume is the market consensus's true reflection; candlestick charts are just surface stories, volume is the real deal.
**6. The cultivation of trading mindset is “nothing”** — Only with zero attachments can you hold a position and wait for opportunities; only with no greed will you avoid chasing highs; only with no fear can you confidently act during panic. This is the inner strength of top traders.
Opportunities in the crypto market are always there; what’s missing are people who can control their hands and understand the game. To succeed, it’s not about how fast you move, but whether you have a lamp guiding you through the darkness.
I admit I haven't fully grasped the trading volume part; I always get tricked in.
How did the 50 million come about? I need to see it with my own eyes to believe it.
Wait, is "no obsession" a spiritual practice or cultivation...
Controlling your hands is indeed difficult; this really hit me.
