Recently, I've noticed that NEAR is working on boosting activity, while TRUST is mainly focusing on the information layer.
To put it simply, whoever controls data and information holds the power to speak.
The Intuition project aims to return data ownership to the users themselves. It has developed a decentralized knowledge graph system, allowing ordinary users, developers, and even AI agents to own and monetize their identity data, verification records, and various statements.
According to them, knowledge itself will become a new type of asset. The global knowledge economy is worth $200 trillion, and this mechanism enables more people to get a share of it, whether it's for making money or building new types of applications.
This direction is worth paying attention to, as data ownership has always been a core proposition of Web3.
---
Intuition’s approach isn’t bad, but I’m just worried it’ll end up another project with big dreams and ridiculously high interaction costs. Cross-chain bridges have tortured me long enough.
---
Turning knowledge into an asset sounds tempting, but it depends on who can really lower the barrier and cost for users to participate. Otherwise, it’s just another developer party while regular users pay gas fees.
---
In the end, those who control the data still have the final say. Intuition wants to change that? First, they need to prove they’re not just another centralized disguise.
---
Came across this late at night, looks like I have another project to research. I’ll wait and see when there’s a good window on the gas tracker before I make a move.
---
That 200 trillion number is scary, but the real question is how much will actually go to regular people? From experience, probably only a few percent.
By the way, things like these knowledge graphs sound good for data ownership, but how do they ensure privacy? Still a bit concerned.
With this round of moves from NEAR and TRUST, it kind of feels like they're competing with each other, both trying to control the information gateway.
200 trillion? Let's wait and see if anyone actually gets a share.
Whether this can really be implemented is still up in the air.
Is Intuition reliable? Has anyone used it?
Who would believe the narrative if user power isn't really returned?
Another decentralized project? Tons of Web3 projects say this.
Turning knowledge into assets... let's see how it can actually be monetized.
Anyway, NEAR and TRUST—one is chasing activity, the other is scrambling for information—same destination, different paths.
I think the whole data ownership thing is just a front.
Honestly, projects like this always end up controlled by capital in the end.
I've never seen a project that really lets regular people make money.
