The Layer 2 battlefield has reached a point where each party is showcasing their strength—TPS scores, gas fee comparisons, and TVL rankings, with data being lively.

But there is a problem that has been collectively overlooked: what users really care about is, "Don't let me down."

The trading peak is here, will Gas suddenly skyrocket? Will the mempool become congested like a parking lot? Will the network inexplicably lag for half a day?

Mantle's performance is surprising—these "user nightmare" scenarios have hardly occurred here.

When the traffic peak hits, the Gas fees remain steady as an old dog, the transaction confirmation speed doesn't lag behind, and there are no awkward moments of "system busy, please wait."

Data looks good, but not crashing is more important.

Stability is king; everything else is just empty talk. Mantle really didn’t disappoint this time.

Well said, this is how Web3 should be. Stop with all the flashy data, what users want is stability; just one lag can break someone's mindset.

To be honest, what good is a large TPS number? If it fails at a critical moment, it's all for nothing. Mantle is indeed stable this time; not skyrocketing gas fees during peak times is the real skill.

To be honest, what's the use of these L2s boasting about data every day? When it really matters, they're still just as congested. I have to say, Mantle is impressive; the Gas remains stable even during peak periods, while the others are just empty talk.

You are absolutely right, this group of L2s only knows how to compare data, and it's only when you actually use it that you realize who is truly stable. Mantle hasn't let me down this time, it's really smooth even during peak times, and other companies really need to reflect on this.
