honestly peaq's ecosystem has been one of my top picks lately

but gotta say something that's been bugging me

during their second incentive season, some tasks just weren't working properly
i drove around with that map-to-earn app, recorded environmental data on that noise tracking platform, completed everything they asked for

yet the system didn't register half of what i did
spent time and effort on these DePIN applications expecting rewards, ended up with incomplete credit

still bullish on the project long-term, but the user experience needs serious improvement
these kinds of technical issues during reward campaigns can really hurt community trust

I have high hopes for peaq, but this second season is really too pumped. The task system has a lot of bugs, and despite running so many map data, it just didn't count, which is a waste of effort.

ngl this is ridiculous, the task is completed but the rewards haven't been credited?

This bug is really incredible; the task is completed, but only half of it is counted.

ngl this is the classic DePIN rug pattern we're watching play out... actually if you read the incentive mechanics they've got all these vesting unlock cliffs coming q3, so timing on these "glitches" feels... convenient?

not saying it's intentional but the data doesn't lie lol

It seems to be another classic design flaw in incentive mechanisms, which has become a common bug in DePIN projects. The system hasn't registered your data, indicating that their validation layer hasn't gone through stress testing, or perhaps they've artificially blocked some records to control expenses—who knows? Once trust is burned, it's hard to recover. If peaq really wants to pursue the long term, it needs to sort out these details first.

Ugh, this bug is really terrible, I've been busy for half a day and all the data is lost.

It seems that the issue with peaq is quite common, and I'm not the only one who has fallen into the trap.

This bug is really something, spending time on tasks only to end up with nothing, who can stand a system that doesn't recognize your efforts?

Oh my, I spent time running the map and recording data, but half of it wasn't counted. Who can stand this?

This is a typical design flaw in incentive mechanisms. Analyzing from the source code level, there are issues with data synchronization between task records and on-chain settlement.

The feeling of working hard for nothing is indeed unpleasant. In the long run, peaq has potential, but bugs in this campaign stage can directly shake community confidence. This needs to be taken seriously.

The occurrence of registration failure during the incentive season indicates that their oracle layer or backend verification logic still needs to be refined. We can't just shout bullish; the infrastructure has to be solid.

Oh, wait, I just want to ask—did they compensate later? Or did they just sweep this bug under the rug? This is crucial.

DePIN applications are inherently prone to this feeling of drift; task verification and data on-chain are both pitfalls. If peaq really wants to break out, they need to solidify the UX details.

Technically speaking, if this failure rate exceeds 5%, it will indeed reflect on user retention. Where is the data?

But on another note, at least you recorded all completed tasks; those data aren’t lost, right? Can we still dispute later?
