A recent ruling by the Dubai court has brought a conclusion to last year's sensational TUSD incident - Sun Yuchen won.

Looking back to last year, he tweeted several times attacking First Digital Trust, directly pointing out that as the custodian of TUSD, they privately took the reserves to make some investments that they shouldn't have touched at all. This incident caused quite a controversy in the community at the time, as the safety of stablecoin reserves is crucial. Now the court has sided with Sun Yuchen, which can be seen as bringing an end to this tug-of-war.

Haha, we finally waited for this judgment, the custodian is indeed unreliable. The issue of tampering with reserves really should be regulated.
