I discovered a rather interesting protocol @Loopscale, and I found it because of @hylo_so, after all, this is a project I have been deeply involved in.
hylo has already booked Da Mao, but I think Loop is not bad either.
Loopscale is a lending protocol based on Solana, and its main product is Loops, which can be simply understood as circular loans.
Loops is a structured product that enables one-click leveraged investment. Loopscale uses fixed-rate loans to support circular operations, helping to reduce interest rate volatility; otherwise, interest rate fluctuations would erode leveraged returns.
----
Let's talk about specific operations, taking hylo's xsol as an example. Xsol itself is a leveraged product, and if you apply Loops on top of it, it becomes leverage on leverage, which can maximize returns, but the risks are manageable.
1 ) First go to hylo to obtain xSOL : (
2 ) Then you can get Loopscale to do Loops (
3 ) As shown in the figure below, just input the amount to invest and the leverage, with a maximum of 3x. The higher the leverage, the higher the utilization rate of funds, while the probability of liquidation also increases. It is recommended not to exceed 2.
If you want more stable options, there are also products from hylo, sHYUSD and PT-hyUSD. With the effect of leverage, the former has an average APY of 28%, while the latter is even more explosive, with an average APY of 45%.
