The technical aspect of GALA currently looks quite poor. Both the 1-hour and 15-minute timeframes are showing death crosses, with all moving averages trending downward. The short-term and medium-term signals are not very promising. The RSI indicator is also continuously declining, dropping to 25 on the 4-hour chart, indicating significant selling pressure.
Looking at the order book data, although buying strength is not weak, there are always people selling off. The funding rate is negative, meaning that long traders are subsidizing short positions, which is clearly advantageous for shorts. The global long-to-short ratio and large investor holdings also lean towards long positions, but under this technical situation, long chips are likely at risk of being harvested. Active buying and selling volume is not very lively, and it seems that market maker control is quite evident, with limited space for rebound.
If you want to operate, setting a 2.2% take-profit for shorting GALA might be a strategy. Of course, market fluctuations are intense, so be sure to strictly control your position size and set stop-losses in a timely manner.
