(NASDAQ: CASK) (the "Company") announced today that its stock symbol on the NASDAQ Capital Market ("NASDAQ") will change from "CASK" to "IPST," effective at market open on Monday, September 22, 2025. The CUSIP number for the Company's common stock will remain unchanged.

Story tweeted that the Nasdaq-listed company Heritage Distilling ( CASK has officially completed PIPE financing and established an IP-centric treasury strategy. The Story Foundation will honor its commitment by launching an IP repurchase plan totaling $82 million in the open market. This repurchase will take place from August 15 to November 16, for a total of 90 days. Subsequent progress will be regularly updated to the community.

Announced the successful completion of a $223.8 million private fundraising, of which $95 million is in cash, and another $128.8 million is completed in the form of IP tokens. This transaction received support from the Story Foundation and other leading investors, including a16z crypto, Amber Group, Arrington Capital, dao5, Hashed, Mirana Ventures, Neoclassic Capital, Open World, Polychain Capital, Selini Capital, Stix, Syncracy Capital, among others, aiming to launch a pioneering IP token digital asset treasury strategy.
