It should be noted that, similar to the practices of Japan and the European Union, South Korea will provide $350 billion to the United States for investment projects owned and controlled by the U.S., and will also procure energy products such as liquefied natural gas valued at $100 billion. Of the $350 billion investment, $150 billion will be allocated as dedicated funds for South Korea-U.S. shipbuilding cooperation.
