The platform stated that core functions such as deposit, withdrawal, and Earn income are not affected, and user asset security is controllable. For users who have already applied for a card, Infini will automatically refund the actual card opening fee to the user’s account balance within 10 working days. Refunds in transit will be completed within 5-21 working days, and refund requests that exceed 21 days and have been submitted will continue to be processed.
