The following five market interpretation points are considered survival skills in the crypto world:
First, long-term sideways movement indicates a major market trend. The market's prolonged sideways movement is not a meaningless wander, but a process of accumulation. The longer the sideways period lasts, the more substantial the buildup behind it. This is often a phase where substantial capital is quietly absorbing chips, and when the chips are sufficiently concentrated, the price explosion is often exceptionally fierce.
Second, sudden fluctuations during a sideways market should be treated with caution. A sudden drop during a sideways period is often a strategic move that triggers panic; while a sudden rise may be a trap to attract high-flying investors. These actions are aimed at acquiring more chips or creating positions for holding.
Third, the identification signals for price bottoms and tops. When the price fails to create new lows, it usually indicates that strong funds are entering to provide support; while failing to break through new highs may mean that the main force has begun to exit in batches.
Fourth, a decrease in trading volume is a precursor to a change in trend. A market with extremely low volume resembles the calm before a storm, often indicating an impending sharp fluctuation, which could be a significant rise or a substantial drop, but it is definitely a turning point in the market.
Fifth, price probing actions conceal secrets. A drop after testing a high point usually indicates selling behavior; while retesting a low point may suggest that the main forces are accumulating chips at a low level. Investors who do not understand these actions are likely to make opposite judgments.
Ultimately, relying solely on "faith in holding coins" cannot compensate for a lack of understanding of market laws. Market trends are always understood by a minority who profit, while the majority are left to merely keep pace. Mastering a genuine market principle is far more valuable than blindly following ten unfounded market slogans.
