#PI Internal updates and progress are strictly confidential and not disclosed to the community; only a small portion of information is selectively shared with moderators.

However, they refuse to convey any information to the broader community -

They use the ridiculous statement "sharing information without context may lead to misunderstandings" to justify their silence.

If transparency had been implemented from the very beginning, the risk of such misunderstandings would not have occurred.

Ironically, it is this very secrecy that has led to the widespread circulation of unfounded rumors in the narrative of the project.

The most important thing is that the real driving force behind Pi's growth is not the core team or moderators, but the community itself.

Perhaps it is this lack of transparency that leads so many people to believe in unverified ideas, such as GCV (Global Consensus Value), collaborations with large companies, the 70,000 TPS claim, theories about Nicholas being Satoshi Nakamoto, and even the infamous "Simpson Prophecy."

These speculative statements fill the void left by a lack of clear and honest communication.

Finally: I hope the core team can be more transparent with the community, so that we pioneers can clearly understand which direction the project is heading, and also so that more pioneers who have exited can return to the project.
