According to Deep Tide TechFlow news, on May 2, Freight Technologies (Nasdaq: FRGT) announced that it has signed an agreement with an institutional investor to raise up to $20 million through convertible bonds to purchase the official Trump Meme coin TRUMP.
According to the financing protocol, Freight Technologies plans to issue convertible bond notes totaling $1 million in the first round of financing, with the possibility of adding up to $19 million in financing under specific conditions thereafter.
It is reported that the company had previously purchased approximately $8 million worth of FET tokens.
