According to the official announcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the SEC’s cryptocurrency working group will hold a roundtable on April 25 with the theme of “Know Your Custodian: Key Considerations for Cryptocurrency Custody”. The meeting will be held at the SEC’s headquarters in Washington, D.C., from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Topics include: custody through broker-dealers and other means, investment advisory and investment company custody. SEC participants included Acting Chairman Mark Uyeda, Commissioner Caroline Crenshaw, and Commissioner Hester Peirce.
