Sonic更新ETF代币配置方案：仅在S价格高于0.5美元时执行，发行规模不超5000万美元

Odaily星球日报讯 Sonic Labs 发布公告更新其 ETF 代币配置执行方案。此前，Sonic 社区已通过治理提案，授权最多价值 5000 万美元的 S 代币用于潜在的美国上市 ETF，以推动其进入受监管的美国市场。但在提案通过后，受整体市场环境走弱及 S 价格明显下行影响，Sonic Labs 决定暂缓执行，期间未铸造任何相关代币，以避免在不利价格水平下增加供给。公告称，若按当前价格执行原方案，需额外发行超过 6 亿枚 S，明显偏离治理提案的初衷，因此该方案不会被采纳。为更好地对齐代币持有者利益，Sonic Labs 明确新的执行约束：仅当 S 价格高于 0.5 美元时才会铸造 ETF 配额，对应最多 1 亿枚代币；总代币价值严格上限为 5000 万美元，并优先选择在更高价格水平下发行更少数量；任何偏离上述条件的执行均不会发生。Sonic Labs 同时强调，用于 ETF 的 S 代币将被锁定在受监管产品内部，不会进入二级市场流通，也不会增加市场抛压。团队表示，美国上市 ETF 仍是长期战略重点，旨在为机构投资者提供合规的 Sonic 敞口，后续如有调整将继续通过明确沟通与治理流程推进。
