Golden Finance reports that encryption journalist Eleanor Terrett stated: A strange document has just appeared in the SEC's lawsuit against Ripple—a request for an emergency "to provide decisive evidence favorable to the defendant and beneficial to the American people." The author of this letter is named Justin W. Keener. The letter does not explicitly state what the so-called "decisive evidence" is or how it will benefit Ripple, but it suggests that it is related to the physical investment contracts he has been collecting. Further investigation into Gina revealed that the U.S. SEC recently filed a lawsuit against him on the grounds of being an unregistered penny stock dealer, and the court has ordered him to pay over $10 million.
