If you wish to view the email address or phone number linked to your Gate account, please visit the Security Settings page, where you can see the email address and mobile number currently associated with your account.
How to Check Your Full Email Address or Mobile Number
For security reasons, only a masked version of your email address or phone number is displayed. To request the full details, please submit a photo of yourself holding your ID document and a handwritten note clearly stating the following details:
- Gate account UID
- Full name
- Request purpose (e.g., retrieve linked email/phone number)
- Request date

Notes:
- Ensure your face is clearly visible in the photo, with no obstructions covering the ID card or handwritten note, and that all text is legible.
- After sending your email, you will receive an automated reply containing a ticket number, confirming that your request has been successfully submitted. Please watch for further updates from Gate team.
