世界自由金融（World Liberty Finance）是一个与特朗普家族有关联的加密货币项目，于2月5日以大约1175万美元的USDC出售了173个Wrapped Bitcoin（WBTC）。此次出售发生在比特币价格剧烈波动的时期，表明公司在减轻市场风险方面采取了行动。
根据数据显示，曾有两笔重大交易：一次出售了73个WBTC，价值约504万美元；另一次出售了100个WBTC，价值约671万美元。然而，这些交易都发生在比特币价格下跌的过程中——显示出公司坚持持有稳定币的策略。
这些WBTC的抛售分为两次突发，第一次在UTC时间13:40和13:41进行，随后在17:25又进行了一次较大规模的出售。因此，世界自由金融成功将大量资金转为USDC，有效地规避了进一步的市场波动风险。
分析人士指出，这类操作在市场剧烈下跌时，企业通常会采取以保值为目的的策略。此外，在价格下跌期间进行这些交易，也可能是为了风险控制，而非投机性抛售。
$5亿美元阿联酋交易受到国会审查
除了加密资产的出售，世界自由金融还因一项与特朗普重返白宫相关的5亿美元交易而受到美国国会的调查。众议院民主党议员罗·卡纳（Ro Khanna）领导的调查团队正在审查该公司，此前有报道称，一家与阿联酋有关的实体在特朗普第二次就职前几天获得了重要股份。
2025年1月16日签署的协议中，位于特拉华州和阿布扎比的Aryam Investment 1公司获得了WLFI公司49%的股权。Aryam公司预付了2.5亿美元，剩余的2.5亿美元预计在2025年7月到期支付。
埃里克·特朗普代表WLFI签署了该协议，指示将1.87亿美元转入特朗普相关的实体，将3100万美元转给WLFI的联合创始人，以及另外3100万美元转给Zak Folkman和Chase Herro。
