Insurance Fund Details
Gate uses insurance funding to assure a smooth liquidation process. Insurance funds will be used to cover the loss first once the loss of a liquidation position is beyond its maintenance margin.
Insurance funds grow from liquidations that were able to be executed at a price better than the bankruptcy price of that particular position.
