If you are a seller, ensure that you have enough tokens in your unified or spot account to fulfill your delivery obligation during the delivery period. Please wait patiently for the delivery time to come; your tokens will be securely transferred to the buyer's account, completing the delivery process.  If you are a buyer, just wait for the delivery time after your order has been filled. If the seller does not default, you will receive the corresponding number of tokens from your order; if the seller defaults, you will receive compensation from the seller.

Yes. The fee is refunded only if the order is not filled or the token listing is canceled.
