Suqian City Government studies Yiwu's advanced practices to promote innovation in business models

The Suqian City Government in Jiangsu held a special meeting to study the advanced experiences of Jinhua and Yiwu in Zhejiang, promoting innovation in business models. At the meeting, Mayor Liu Hao emphasized the need to benchmark major reforms and innovative achievements of advanced regions, combine them with Suqian’s realities, and unleash market vitality through breakthroughs in models and institutional innovation. In recent years, Suqian has aimed to build a “famous e-commerce city,” with the total number of e-commerce enterprises ranking second in the province, and both e-commerce transaction volume and online retail sales achieving significant growth. The meeting proposed to focus on production-trade coordination, build an integrated e-commerce ecosystem, and enhance the capabilities of commercial entities, with key efforts to attract leading enterprises, strengthen cooperation with Yiwu’s Yimi supply chain and Jinhua’s Daita supply chain, and promote the implementation and transformation of learning outcomes.
