Our pace is quite fast; we look at 15-minute and 1-hour charts, combining short-term and medium-term strategies, with the principle of not holding positions overnight for the majority. The requirements are not high: at least half a year of real trading experience with contracts, understanding of moving averages and trading volume basics, and able to keep up with signal alerts. The team atmosphere is especially good; no complaints when losing, no inflation when winning, clearly recognizing both gains and losses.
