The Ukrainian Energy Ministry states that Russian attacks have caused power outages for residents in multiple regions.

On April 3rd local time, Ukraine’s Ministry of Energy announced that Russia launched an attack on Ukraine that morning, causing damage to infrastructure in multiple areas and resulting in power outages for residents in six Ukrainian regions. According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy, affected areas include Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions, with some users in the attacked areas experiencing temporary power outages, directly impacting residents’ daily production and life. Currently, repair work has begun, but it is unclear when power will be restored. Russia has not responded to this matter. (CCTV News)
