Just checked the Ethereum chart on the 1-hour timeframe, RSI is at 24.5, quite low. The current ETH price is $2.31K, showing signs of being oversold on the chart.
Actually, when RSI drops below 30 like this, it indicates the market might be overly pessimistic. Theoretically, there’s an opportunity to enter, but I still advise you to be cautious.
Especially for beginners, don’t rush just because the price seems cheap. RSI is a useful tool to see overbought or oversold levels (from 0-100), but it’s not the only signal. It should be combined with other factors in your strategy.
I regularly monitor Ethereum RSI charts to find good entry points. If you want to learn more about how to read RSI, be patient and study before making decisions. Selling also requires caution; don’t let emotions control you. Have a clear plan before trading!
