BOE Technology Group applies to register the AI Factory trademark
Mars Finance News, April 24 — According to Tianyancha Intellectual Property Information, recently, BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. applied to register multiple trademarks including “BOE AI Factory,” “AI Factory,” and “BOE AI Factory,” with international classifications involving scientific instruments and website services. All current trademark statuses are pending substantive examination. Notably, the company also recently registered the copyright for the work “AI Factory,” with the work category being fine arts. BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. was established in April 1993, with Chen Yanshun as the legal representative, a registered capital of approximately 37.41 billion RMB, and business scope including manufacturing electronic computer hardware and software, operating telecommunications services, and computer data processing. It is jointly held by Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Central Clearing Co., Ltd., Beijing BOE Investment Development Co., Ltd., and others.
