BNY Mellon Says Bitcoin Spot ETFs Returned to Net Inflows Amid Buy-and-Hold Trend

Ben Slavin, head of global ETFs at BNY Mellon, said the 12 Bitcoin spot ETFs posted a three-month net inflow of $1.8 billion despite earlier outflows this year. Slavin said daily inflows topped $335 million on April 23 and monthly inflows exceeded $2.1 billion. Slavin said investors are using the products for portfolio allocation and buy-and-hold exposure rather than short-term trading.
