Deep Tide TechFlow News, April 24 — According to Axios, the Fellowship PAC, a cryptocurrency super PAC funded by former Cantor Fitzgerald executive and Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, disclosed in filings with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) that it plans to spend $1.75 million supporting Ken Paxton in the Texas primary runoff. This move has raised alarms among Republican leaders. Several senior Republican officials called Lutnick on Tuesday, demanding his intervention to correct the situation. Republican leaders are concerned that this could interfere with a sensitive intra-party primary — Trump has yet to clearly endorse either Paxton or Senator John Cornyn.
