Just saw that Tesla's self-driving cars can now recognize hand signals from pedestrians and cyclists. Pretty interesting update honestly. So basically if someone's gesturing at you on the road, the car can actually understand what they're trying to communicate. Makes sense when you think about it - hand signals while driving are super common, especially in busy areas. Curious how well it actually works in real situations though. The whole autonomous driving thing keeps getting more sophisticated. You guys think this kind of hand signal recognition is a big deal for safety?
