These days, the messages in the group chat are like a floodgate opening, with KOLs posting a picture and a paragraph, followed by a bunch of "Did you get in?" My hands start to itch... But honestly, I bought impulsively, and in the end, I’m the one paying the price. No one can shoulder your drawdowns, let alone a liquidation that clears everything in an instant.

I recently suffered a loss: hearing in the group chat that "interest rate cut expectations are here, the dollar index is doing this and that, risk assets are about to soar together," I stared at the contract page for 30 seconds, not understanding what logic was being played there. I ended up chasing it with a stiff neck, just to be swept back and forth right after entering, stopping my loss like paying tuition. Later, I realized I didn’t even think clearly about where the liquidation point was; I was just pushed along by the news.

Now I’ve set a simple rule for myself: if I don’t understand it, I won’t move. Even if I miss the rally, so be it... at least I won’t be led around by information overload. That’s it for now; my mind is a bit noisy.
