#ETH Wednesday Night “Er Bing” Trading Thoughts
The “Er Bing” has broken through the triangle structure and successfully held above the 2400 resistance.
As long as the pullback does not drop below the 2345 support, it will continue to push higher to challenge the 2412 resistance; after a breakout, there is a chance to probe 2412 and the previous high.
If it breaks below 2345, it will return to the triangle range to continue consolidating.
Trading Suggestions
• Break out above 2412 with increased volume; go long on the right side; set a stop loss when the breakout is invalidated
• Break down below 2331 with increased volume; go short on the right side; strictly use a stop loss
• Pull back to 2287 support to confirm it is valid; you can go long; stop loss if it breaks below 2259
• If price touches 2418 above, you can try a small short position; stop loss at 2442 after breakout
• Left-side wick pin layout: long at 2235; stop loss if it breaks below 2197
• When 1H holds above 2412, look above at 2450-2500
• When 4H breaks below 2365, look below at 2281–2230
