Breaking! Iran fires shots, oil prices surge

‍Earlier, Trump stated that after the U.S. extended the ceasefire agreement with Iran, two ships in the Strait of Hormuz were attacked. The UK Maritime Trade Operations reported that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran opened fire on a container ship, and another was attacked near the Iranian coast. After the news broke, oil prices surged by over $4 in the short term, with WTI crude oil futures breaking through $90, closing at a high of $91.41. Gold and Bitcoin did not experience significant fluctuations.

Although the small wealth god in oil is bearish in the long term, falling below $90 is really a good short-term buying opportunity, just as I said that Bitcoin above 78,000 is a good shorting opportunity for gold. Currently, although the market seems to be “rising all around” under the positive news of Trump extending the ceasefire, this is only a pause in the conflict, not a termination. All parties are actually holding their strings very tight, and a tiny move can have a huge impact on the market. Everyone should not chase news-based operations; you can lay low before the news comes out, but FOMO after the news is very unwise. It’s better to return to technical analysis and follow your trading logic. Maybe the next piece of news will make you earn a full pot!

Anyway, I wish everyone daily wealth!
